Meet Jessie, a Registered Massage Therapist based in downtown Orillia, Ontario. She has been practicing within the Simcoe County communities since 2021 and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) since 2015.

Jessie’s practice focuses on Concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury, Chronic Pain, Pain Sciences, and the Biopsychosocial aspects of the human pain experience. Through years of extensive study and hands-on experience, she has developed expertise in working with patients dealing with sports injuries, chronic pain, and related conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid & Osteoarthritis, and Neuropathic Pain.

She focuses on working with athletes, providing injury rehabilitation, concussion management and treatment, as well as SCAT6/SCOAT6 testing for adults and children pre-, during, and post-season for impact sports. Drawing on her strong foundation in Pain Sciences, Jessie designs individualized treatment plans to support recovery and help athletes safely return to their sports after injuries or surgical interventions. As she continues to expand her education, Jessie is always integrating new techniques and approaches into her treatments to better support each patient’s recovery journey.

Understanding the critical link between mental health and physical well-being, Jessie also works with patients managing Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders, offering trauma-informed care that builds confidence and fosters healing.

Outside of the treatment room, Jessie stays just as active as many of the athletes she works with. She’s an avid gamer (favorites include Diablo, Fortnite, Hades, and Borderlands), shuffle dancer, rollerblader, and outdoor explorer in the forests and waters around Orillia.

Living an active lifestyle herself, Jessie understands the challenges of injury, recovery, and pushing physical limits — a perspective she brings into every treatment to help you heal smarter and get back to doing what you love.
